Leveret Returns and Refunds Policy
We only accept returns for orders placed on www.leveret.com. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or issue refunds for purchases made through third-party sellers.
Return Policy
- If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return by following this link within 30 days of purchase.
- We must receive the returned item(s) within 45 days of purchase.
- Products marked as clearance, discontinued, final sale, or with similar designations are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or credit. If sent back, these items will not be refunded or returned.
- Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition, complete with tags and original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
- For U.S. returns, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
- For international returns, use a carrier of your choice, preferably one that provides a tracking number.
Important Notes:
- We are not responsible for items that are lost, sent to the wrong address, or shipped with a carrier that does not provide tracking.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.
- We cannot process exchanges for gifts if you do not have the order number.

How Does the Return Portal Work?
Using the returns portal is simple! Just follow these steps:
- Open the Returns Portal: Click on the link provided and log in using the order number you received when placing your original order.
- Select Your Items: Choose the items you'd like to return or exchange.

Choose Your Option:
- Select whether you'd like to return, swap, or receive store credit.
- Customers who opt for store credit will receive a 10% bonus. The credit will be sent as a virtual gift card and can be used multiple times until the balance reaches $0. - Download the QR Code: The system will generate a QR code for USPS. Download this code for easy drop-off.
- Drop Off Your Items: Take your return to the nearest USPS drop-off location shown in the portal.
- Await Confirmation: Once we receive and verify your returned items, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed.
